Overview

Ms. Fruth has over 17 years’ experience in clinical practice and healthcare administration.  Her experience is wide-ranging having served as a crisis counselor, domestic violence advocate, and geriatric care manager.  At a national level, Ms. Fruth has worked for both the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and American Humane Association and has lectured nationally on issues of Family Violence and Geriatric Care Management.

As an administrator, Ms. Fruth demonstrated an expertise in improving organizational efficiency and increasing service capacity as well as improving overall client-centeredness.  One location saw a consistent annual increase of new referrals of more than 30% under Ms. Fruth’s leadership with consistent client retention and no increase in staffing levels.  Additionally, Ms. Fruth was successful in increasing the referral base by 200% through marketing and outreach efforts.  

Ms. Fruth is a graduate of Miami University and the University of Denver.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work.  Ms. Fruth has served on advisory councils for the Alzheimer’s Association, Leeza’s Place, and the LA Caregiver Resource Center.  She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
