Mr. Love has been involved in the behavioral health field since 1980.  He has direct care experience in both inpatient and outpatient environments and has held executive and clinical quality management positions at numerous community mental health centers.  He has also served as Quality Management Coordinator for the Texas Department of MHMR and as Deputy Director for Practice Management at Texas Community Solutions, Inc. in Austin.  Since 2000, in conjunction with David Lloyd of MTM Services, Mr. Love has developed and managed the Service Process Quality Management consulting and reporting process and functions as the SPQM™ chief information officer and data warehouse manager.

Mr. Love is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality Management by the National Healthcare Quality Certification Board and a HIMSS Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems.
