1. Select the consultant that you desire to work with in the first drop down menu. |

2. Select what type of consultation you desire the consultant to perform. The options are A) Onsite Consultation, which is a full Onsite Consultation at your location, trade show, conference, etc., B) SPQM consult, which offers two hour blocks of time to our SPQM data measurement clients for their monthly data review, or C) Offsite Consultation which is utilized for Offsite phone or Internet meetings with the consultant. |

| 3. Once you have selected your consultant and consultation type, click the View Calendar button. | ||

4. Click on any of the dates that have a red background during the timeframe your are interested in. A Red background means that their are available time slots for the type of consultation desired on that date. A Gray background means that there are no available time slots for the type of consultation desired on that date.
To view another month, select a month which are listed at the top of the calendar listed in a smaller font size to the left and right of the current month you are viewing which is listed in the center. |

5. After finding the available time slot(s) that will accommodate your meeting needs, Click the link at the bottom of the banner to email your selections to Alison (MTMAlisonP@aol.com) with your date selections, or Click Here to email from these directions. **
