What is a service encounter?

A service encouter is an individual transaction with a consumer recorded by your transaction processing software. Some examples of a service encounters are: One hour of Therapy, Fifteen minute Med Check, etc.

* * The SPQM Software allows you to quickly see what service encounters each client is receiving from your organization, who is delivering the service to them, duration of the service, etc., so that you can monitor over utilization of services in seconds as compared to the days or weeks previously required to pull charts and manually look for over utilizers.
