With a focus on enhancing the patient experience, Jennifer helps organizations improve their operations, from waiting room facilities and staff interactions to intake documentation and the delivery of treatment services. In addition to providing “secret shopper” consultation, she has worked with a number of organizations to collect and analyze operational data to identify strategies for improving consumer outcomes.
Prior to joining MTM, Jennifer served as a patient liaison at an inpatient treatment facility providing integrated specialty healthcare services. She also helped manage data collection programs at a school providing comprehensive IDD services.
