Julie Arment

DLA-20, Process Change Consultant and National Council Consultant

Julie’s professional experience and responsibilities include training and consultation on the implementation of tiered levels of care, team problem solving addressing both individual case issues as well as system strengths and barriers, data driven decision making, school based mental health programming, development of community mental health partnerships to facilitate access to care and continuity of care, and program development, implementation and evaluation. . This work facilitated the development of school and behavioral health partnerships in several counties and school districts resulting in a  behavioral health program in a not for profit serving an at-risk population in 7 counties.

Julie has over 30 years’ experience as a program administrator both in public education and mental health agencies with focus on systems changes to facilitate access to care and monitoring progress utilizing a variety of data sources.
