Purpose
The ever-changing healthcare environment requires organizations to re-think their back office and revenue cycle management protocols. This module sets out to improve back office and revenue cycle functions, decrease redundancies, improve efficiencies, collection rates and reduce expenses. MTM has identified core organizational assessment areas to focus on and refine with this consultation.

Process
The organization will complete MTM’s Back Office Assessment Readiness Tool (BART)
MTM will review completed BART and deliver a readiness assessment report that includes findings and recommendations that address identified opportunities for improvement and best practice.
Meetings to review the assessment, as needed to complete the tool and the report which can then begin the change process with the organization's leadership team.
Access to copyright protected data capture, calculation and report tools from the MTM Services resource library relevant to the consultation purchased
Price includes all project management and research hours outside of the team’s internet meetings, the hours needed to complete the data and operational analysis for the project outside of the team’s internet meetings.
Generate an assessment of current state identifying potential risk reduction, improved operations and financial outcomes.
Timeframe: 1 month for Assessment; flexible depending on how long the team needs to review and complete the BART
