Purpose
Culture determines how effectively an organization can implement change and incorporate best practices whenever and wherever they are needed to improve client outcomes, enhance staff satisfaction and promote fiscal sustainability. Engaging staff at all levels in change development and implementation increases buy in, creates a commitment to innovation throughout the organization and openly acknowledges that some of the best ideas are generated by frontline staff.
MTM’s Group Practice Culture Module will provide an objective review of the current culture and change management practices within the organization and will work with a project team to design a plan for implementing the needed changes to establish a culture committed to innovation that supports better care leading to better outcomes.
Process
Planning meeting with project team to review written plan of roles, responsibilities, and time frames related to the project
Analysis of current culture and change management practices
Review of effective change management and staff engagement strategies
Creating a plan to establish innovation as a core value through effective change management strategies that focus on vertical and horizontal integration and collaboration throughout the organization including a project management outline that addresses the implementation timeline, communication plan, training needs and maintenance strategies.
Timeframe: 6-8 months
