The Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Expansion National Training and Technical Assistance Center has partnered with MTM Services to offer CCBHC PDI and IA grantees free consultation focused on collaborative documentation and data mapping.

Collaborative documentation is a long-standing, client-centered best practice in which clients and staff work together as co-authors of all clinical documentation. If selected for consultation, your organization will work with MTM’s national experts to design an implementation strategy, train your clinical staff in the basics of collaborative documentation, and successfully implement it. This consultation opportunity will be open to 14 organizations.

Data mapping is conducted for multiple reasons, including optimizing assessment flows, tracking data capture time frames, and guiding the purchase and implementation of an electronic health record/electronic medical record. This highly individualized consultation with MTM will provide critical information to help you select the best vendor for your needs. This consultation opportunity will be open to 12 organizations.
