Purpose
Nationwide behavioral healthcare workforce shortages, combined with the need to provide outcome-driven care, require agencies to invest in workforce development more than ever before. While most organizations have experienced some level of workforce challenges since 2020, the exact pain points and areas for opportunity and growth vary widely between organizations.
