Purpose

Nationwide behavioral healthcare workforce shortages, combined with the need to provide outcome-driven care, require agencies to invest in workforce development more than ever before. While most organizations have experienced some level of workforce challenges since 2020, the exact pain points and areas for opportunity and growth vary widely between organizations. Identifying how to better retain staff, lead effectively through times of uncertainty, and ensure that our teams are prepared to deliver quality clinical and organizational outcomes comes down to direct analysis at the organizational level, never a cookie cutter approach. When addressing workforce development, MTM believes in addressing organizational needs from a tailored perspective, with expert clinical, leadership, and medical consultants to help lead the way.

Process

  • Availability of “On Demand” follow-up with expert consultants to track the effectiveness of new changes and provide real time problem solving or case review with the individuals providing the services or leading teams.
