Purpose

Gap Analysis focuses on current access to care and will uncover the challenges that negatively impact quick access. By conducting the Gap Analysis, MTM consultants can provide targeted and individualized recommendations to improve access and overall efficiency throughout the system of care.

Process

  • Two meetings with direct service staff to complete access measurement

  • One meeting with leadership to review Gap Analysis findings and recommendations

Timeframe: 1 month

Outcomes:

● Establishes access baselines for wait days, staff time, client time and cost.

● Improves consumer satisfaction – engages people when they are ready.
